Fullpage Screenshot Privacy Policy

Fullpage Screenshot captures webpages selected by the user and provides tools to crop, annotate, redact, and export screenshots as PNG or PDF.

Information handled

When the user starts a capture, the extension processes the visible content of the selected webpage, including text and images needed to create the screenshot.

The extension does not access Chrome browsing history or retain the webpage URL, page title, or capture time.

Local processing and storage

Screenshot capture, assembly, editing, and export occur locally on the user’s computer. Screenshots, webpage content, and edits are never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

Screenshot sections are temporarily stored in browser-managed local storage while they are transferred from the capture process to the editor. They are deleted after the editor assembles the screenshot. Temporary data is also deleted when a capture is canceled or fails.

The assembled screenshot and edits remain in the editor tab’s memory until the tab is closed or reloaded. Exported PNG and PDF files remain wherever the user chooses to save them.

Permissions

Fullpage Screenshot uses the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab: Provides temporary access to the webpage selected by the user after they click the extension icon.
• scripting: Measures and scrolls the selected webpage during capture, handles repeated fixed or sticky elements, and restores the original page state afterward.

The extension does not request browsing history, persistent website access, debugger, storage, or unlimited storage permissions.

Data sharing

The extension does not sell, rent, share, or transfer user data. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, or remote data services.

All JavaScript, fonts, and libraries used by the extension are included in the extension package. The extension does not execute remotely hosted code.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the extension’s data-handling practices change. The revision date above will identify the latest version.
